Who you are dealing with
New, small and deliberately direct.
Highstreet Digital is a new business run by two people, Moe and Hamza. There are no account managers and no ticket queue.
You deal directly with the person building and maintaining your site. You get a name and a mobile number.
The price is low deliberately. The plan is to look after many small businesses well, not a handful expensively. That only works if the sites are good and people choose to stay.
What we will never do
- Invent reviews or pretend to have clients we do not have.
- Promise a Google ranking. Nobody can honestly do that.
- Lock you into a long contract.
- Hand you off to someone junior after payment.

What exactly am I paying the monthly fee for?
Hosting, domain renewal, the SSL security certificate, daily backups, software and security updates, monitoring, and any content changes you ask for. A website is not a once-off object — it has running costs whether you pay them to us or to four separate suppliers.
Do I own the website?
Yes. The domain is registered in your business name and the content is yours. You are paying us to build it and keep it running, not renting your own name back from us.
What if I want to cancel?
One month’s notice, any time, no penalty. We would rather you leave easily than stay unhappily.
Can you get me to the top of Google?
Nobody can honestly promise a specific ranking, and you should be careful of anyone who does. What we can do is the work that moves it: a page for each service written the way people search, proper technical setup, a correctly configured Google Business Profile, and a site fast enough on a phone that people do not leave before it loads.
I already have a website, but it is old.
Usually easier than starting from nothing, and the same price. We rebuild it, keep your domain and anything worth keeping, and move it across without your address changing.
I do not have a logo or good photos.
Common, and not a blocker. We work with what you have and tell you honestly which photos are worth retaking on a phone in good light.
How do the payments work?
R750 deposit by secure card link to start. We build your site and show it to you; the R750 balance is due once you have approved it, and your site goes live once that balance is paid. The monthly runs automatically from go-live — you are never asked to remember it, and it never starts before your site exists.
